Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Matcha Coconut Butter Cups
Ingredients
- 10 oz. dairy free chopped dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. coconut butter
- 4 teaspoons @coconut.cloud matcha powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Melt 10 oz. of dairy free chopped dark chocolate with 2 tbsp. coconut oil until smooth and creamy.
In your chocolate molds, add 1/2-1 tbsp. melted chocolate and place in freezer to set the base.
Melt 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. coconut butter in microwave for 15 seconds (burns fast) and mix until melted and creamy, then add 4 teaspoons @coconut.cloud matcha powder and 1 tsp. cinnamon and mix to dissolve.
Add 1 tsp. of matcha coconut butter to chocolate bottoms to flatten, then fill with remaining chocolate and place back in the freezer to fully set for about 20 minutes.
Keep in fridge in a reusable bag for the best consistency and matcha bite.
