Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Matcha Coconut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. dairy free chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. coconut butter
  • 4 teaspoons @coconut.cloud matcha powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Melt 10 oz. of dairy free chopped dark chocolate with 2 tbsp. coconut oil until smooth and creamy.

  2. In your chocolate molds, add 1/2-1 tbsp. melted chocolate and place in freezer to set the base.

  3. Melt 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. coconut butter in microwave for 15 seconds (burns fast) and mix until melted and creamy, then add 4 teaspoons @coconut.cloud matcha powder and 1 tsp. cinnamon and mix to dissolve.

  4. Add 1 tsp. of matcha coconut butter to chocolate bottoms to flatten, then fill with remaining chocolate and place back in the freezer to fully set for about 20 minutes.

  5. Keep in fridge in a reusable bag for the best consistency and matcha bite.
