2-Ingredient Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour (wheat, GF blend, or cassava; DIY: mix 1 cup flour with 1 tsp baking soda and 1 tsp baking powder)
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- Cinnamon (for sprinkling)
- Wild blueberries (frozen)
- Coconut oil (for greasing hands)
- Coconut butter (for icing)
Preparation
Knead flour and yogurt to create a dough.
Roll out the dough into long rods, greasing hands with coconut oil.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and wild blueberries.
Roll up and place in a baking dish.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Drizzle melted coconut butter over the top for icing.
