Delightful Pink Pancake Stack with Unicorn Superfoods
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Antioxidant Blend
- Strawberries & yogurt for layering
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine the self-raising flour and caster sugar.
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the milk, egg, and Unicorn Superfoods Antioxidant Blend.
Whisk the wet and dry ingredients together until you have a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan to form a pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat for the remaining batter.
Once all the pancakes are cooked, start assembling the pancake stack. Place a pancake on a serving plate, spread a layer of yogurt on top, and then add sliced strawberries.
Repeat the layering process until you've used all the pancakes, finishing with a dollop of yogurt and a few strawberries on top.
Serve the pink pancake stack with a sprinkle of Unicorn Superfoods Antioxidant Blend for extra color and flavor.
