Easy Delicious Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned black beans
  • 1 cup +2 Tbsp oats (gf if needed)
  • 1 middle carrot (diced)
  • 1 small zucchini (diced)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt, ground pepper, cumin, dried dill, cayenne pepper (season to taste)

Burger toppings

  • Burger buns
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber rolls
  • Bbq sauce
  • Lettuce
  • Sweet mustard
  • Red onion

Preparation

  1. Put all patty ingredients into a food processor and blend until you get a firm but smooth consistency.

  2. Form burger patties as big as your burger buns.

  3. Fry them for 5 minutes on each side on medium heat.

  4. Assemble the burgers with the patties and toppings
