Easy Homemade Naan Bread Dough

Ingredients

  • 250ml water
  • 1 pack yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500g flour

Preparation

  1. Mix yeast in water and let it sit for 10 minutes

  2. Mix with all other ingredients and knead together very well

  3. Add more flour if too sticky

  4. Place a kitchen towel on top and let it rise for one hour

  5. Make balls of the size of golf balls

  6. Roll out each ball

  7. Bake in a pan from both sides for about 3 minutes
