Easy Low Fat Banana Loaf Snack

Ingredients

  • 3 large mashed bananas
  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp vanilla agave
  • 1/2 cup blended gf oats
  • 1 cup plain gluten free flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Loads of cinnamon
  • Pinch salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf tin.

  3. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

  4. Store in the fridge for up to a week to keep fresh and squidgy.
