Easy Low Fat Banana Loaf Snack
Ingredients
- 3 large mashed bananas
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp vanilla agave
- 1/2 cup blended gf oats
- 1 cup plain gluten free flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Loads of cinnamon
- Pinch salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour the mixture into a greased loaf tin.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
Store in the fridge for up to a week to keep fresh and squidgy.
