Seedy Banana Loaf for Healthy Snacking

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 2 eggs or flax eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 spoon milled nuts and seeds
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • A generous squirt of cinnamon syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients

  2. Mix wet ingredients separately

  3. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together

  4. Put the mixture in a greased loaf tin

  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
