Seedy Banana Loaf for Healthy Snacking
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 3 mashed bananas
- 2 eggs or flax eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 spoon milled nuts and seeds
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- A generous squirt of cinnamon syrup
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix wet ingredients separately
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together
Put the mixture in a greased loaf tin
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
