Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms with Herbs and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 tray of mushrooms
- Goat cheese in cubes
- Salt
- Sweet paprika
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Olive oil
Preparation
Hollow out the mushrooms and stuff them with the cheese.
Transfer to a grill-safe dish and add the seasonings along with a bit of olive oil.
Grill for about 20 minutes.
