Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms with Herbs and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 tray of mushrooms
  • Goat cheese in cubes
  • Salt
  • Sweet paprika
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Hollow out the mushrooms and stuff them with the cheese.

  2. Transfer to a grill-safe dish and add the seasonings along with a bit of olive oil.
