Grilled Peppers Stuffed with Eggs
Ingredients
- Bell peppers
- Eggs
Seasonings
- Salt
- Garlic
- Black pepper
- Oregano (optional)
Preparation
Wash the peppers and cut them in half vertically.
Remove all seeds and ensure the edges are high to hold the eggs.
Place the peppers face down on the grill and grill until browned.
Flip the peppers and grill for 5 minutes.
Add the eggs and cook until desired doneness.
Tips
Red roasted peppers are sweeter than green ones.
This can also be done in the oven, but grilling provides better flavor.
