Happy National Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Vegan Chocolate Chunky & Caramel Ice Cream
- Coconut Cream from a can of coconut milk
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 2 Tbsp plus a bit more Date syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
- Handful of chopped hazelnuts
- Handful of chopped vegan dark chocolate
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except for the hazelnuts and chocolate
Pour into a freeze friendly container
Add the nuts and chocolate and mix a bit
Pour some extra date syrup on top and some extra nuts and chocolate
Freeze
Enjoy when it’s ready
