Healthy Easy Chocolate Breakfast in a Jar
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw buckwheat
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (or 2 pitted medjool dates)
- 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- ~1/2 cup canned coconut milk, to blend
Preparation
Soak the buckwheat overnight.
Drain and rinse thoroughly.
Blend everything until smooth, adding coconut milk as needed.
Serve warm, or chill to thicken.
Top with berries, coconut whipped cream, cacao nibs, etc.
