High Protein Cheesecake Parfait
Ingredients
- 1/2 or 1/3 of our soja soya yogurt
- 1/2 scoop of our vegan vanilla protein powder
- 2tsp of chia seeds
- granola
- fruit
Preparation
Simply mix your soya yogurt along with your chia seeds and protein powder in one bowl until mixed well
Leave this mixture in the fridge for at least 15 minutes
Once done, top with fruit (we recommend bananas and berries), granola, and nut butter to get a whole mix of beautifully different textures
