Coconut Chia Soaked Bircher Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax flour
  • 1 tsp sweetener of your choice
  • Dash of vanilla
  • Crack of salt
  • Optional: fruit, nut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Toppings: @ohmega_nutbutters tahini, @thefigary figs

Preparation

  1. Combine chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax flour, sweetener, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Add 1/4 cup of coconut milk and 1/4 cup of water to the mixture.

  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

  4. Cover the bowl and let the mixture soak for a couple of minutes or overnight. You can adjust the amount of liquid according to your preference.

  5. Before serving, top the soaked mixture with your choice of fruit and nut butter.
