Coconut Chia Soaked Bircher Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp flax flour
- 1 tsp sweetener of your choice
- Dash of vanilla
- Crack of salt
- Optional: fruit, nut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
- Toppings: @ohmega_nutbutters tahini, @thefigary figs
Preparation
Combine chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax flour, sweetener, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
Add 1/4 cup of coconut milk and 1/4 cup of water to the mixture.
Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Cover the bowl and let the mixture soak for a couple of minutes or overnight. You can adjust the amount of liquid according to your preference.
Before serving, top the soaked mixture with your choice of fruit and nut butter.
