High Protein Key Lime Pie Inspired Snack
Ingredients
- 110 grams 0% yogurt or yogurt of choice
- 40 grams Good Culture Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon swerve confectioners powder sugar
- 4 grams sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
- A few drops of liquid stevia or sweetener of choice
Toppings
- 3 Golden Oreo thins
- Keylime Cheesecake Almond Butter for drizzling
- Dollop of fat free whip
Preparation
Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
Refrigerate the mixture for an hour or freeze for 15-20 minutes to thicken.
Add the toppings: place 3 Golden Oreo thins on top, drizzle with Keylime Cheesecake Almond Butter, and add a dollop of fat free whip.
