High Protein Key Lime Pie Inspired Snack

Ingredients

  • 110 grams 0% yogurt or yogurt of choice
  • 40 grams Good Culture Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon swerve confectioners powder sugar
  • 4 grams sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
  • A few drops of liquid stevia or sweetener of choice

Toppings

  • 3 Golden Oreo thins
  • Keylime Cheesecake Almond Butter for drizzling
  • Dollop of fat free whip

Preparation

  1. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.

  2. Refrigerate the mixture for an hour or freeze for 15-20 minutes to thicken.

  3. Add the toppings: place 3 Golden Oreo thins on top, drizzle with Keylime Cheesecake Almond Butter, and add a dollop of fat free whip.
