Super Quick and Easy Tuna Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T avocado oil
  • 1 T nutritional yeast
  • 1 T dijon mustard
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • 2 T chopped cilantro
  • 2 T chopped chives (or green onion)
  • equal pinches salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. Form the mixture into 3-4 patties.

  2. Sauté the patties in a pan or skillet until golden on both sides.
