Super Quick and Easy Tuna Patties
Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna
- 2 eggs
- 2 T avocado oil
- 1 T nutritional yeast
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 1 t lemon juice
- 2 T chopped cilantro
- 2 T chopped chives (or green onion)
- equal pinches salt & pepper
Preparation
Form the mixture into 3-4 patties.
Sauté the patties in a pan or skillet until golden on both sides.
