Indonesian Gado Gado Salad
Ingredients
- 2 boiled eggs
- 100 g boiled sweet potatoes
- 50 g cooked beans
- 1/2 cucumber
- 100 g fried tempeh
- 1 handful bamboo sprouts
- 2 tbsp blanched spinach
Peanut sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- some water
Preparation
Cut all the ingredients for the salad into small pieces and fry or boil them.
Finely puree the ingredients for the peanut sauce in a blender and stir creamy over stove.
Place all the ingredients on a large plate and pour the peanut sauce over them.
