Indonesian Gado Gado Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 100 g boiled sweet potatoes
  • 50 g cooked beans
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 100 g fried tempeh
  • 1 handful bamboo sprouts
  • 2 tbsp blanched spinach

Peanut sauce

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • some water

Preparation

  1. Cut all the ingredients for the salad into small pieces and fry or boil them.

  2. Finely puree the ingredients for the peanut sauce in a blender and stir creamy over stove.

  3. Place all the ingredients on a large plate and pour the peanut sauce over them.
