Purple Cabbage Salad with Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped purple cabbage
- 1 cup chopped coriander
- 1 medium onion sliced
Sauce
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon mashed ginger
- 1 small clove mashed garlic
For serving
- raw sesame seeds
Preparation
Place the cabbage, coriander, and onion in a deep bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
Prepare the sauce by placing yogurt, lemon juice, salt, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a deep bowl and whisk until smooth.
Spread the sauce over the vegetables and mix until fully combined.
Transfer the salad to a wide serving dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
