Purple Cabbage Salad with Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped purple cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped coriander
  • 1 medium onion sliced

Sauce

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mashed ginger
  • 1 small clove mashed garlic

For serving

  • raw sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Place the cabbage, coriander, and onion in a deep bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until combined.

  2. Prepare the sauce by placing yogurt, lemon juice, salt, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a deep bowl and whisk until smooth.

  3. Spread the sauce over the vegetables and mix until fully combined.
