Easy Tahini Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 clove garlic
- A thumbsize piece of ginger
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sugar
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- Chili flakes to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Cut the cucumber in half, smash it, and cut into slices.
Combine garlic, ginger, tahini, soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, chili flakes, and salt in a container.
Add the cucumber slices to the mixture, shake well, and enjoy.
