Easy Tahini Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic
  • A thumbsize piece of ginger
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • Chili flakes to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the cucumber in half, smash it, and cut into slices.

  2. Combine garlic, ginger, tahini, soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, chili flakes, and salt in a container.

  3. Add the cucumber slices to the mixture, shake well, and enjoy.
