Mixed Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 measure oats (around 40g)
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon linseeds
  • milk to cover
  • 3 tablespoons mixed berries
  • 3 tablespoons yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats, raisins, and linseeds, then pour over milk to cover and stir.

  2. Top with mixed berries and yoghurt, and leave overnight in the fridge or eat immediately.

Notes

  1. This recipe provides beta glucans for heart health, linseeds for gut health, soluble fiber to aid stool formation, and protein from milk and yoghurt.

  2. Overnight oats are ideal for a quick breakfast that can be prepared in advance and grabbed from the fridge.
