Moringa Chia Seed Pudding with Raspberry Cherry Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Moringa
  • 2/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar

Preparation

  1. Combine 1 cup coconut milk, Moringa, and agave nectar in a bowl and mix until powder dissolves.

  2. Add chia seeds and stir continuously for about 2 minutes while the chia seeds absorb the milk; allow the mixture to sit for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Let the mixture sit for at least an hour or overnight before serving.

Jam

  1. Add raspberries and frozen cherries to a blender and blend until it reaches a jam-like consistency.

  2. Spread the jam on top of the chia seed pudding.

  3. Top with additional coconut milk, fresh raspberries, and coconut flakes.
