Moringa Chia Seed Pudding with Raspberry Cherry Jam
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon Moringa
- 2/3 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup cherries
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
Preparation
Combine 1 cup coconut milk, Moringa, and agave nectar in a bowl and mix until powder dissolves.
Add chia seeds and stir continuously for about 2 minutes while the chia seeds absorb the milk; allow the mixture to sit for 2 to 3 minutes.
Let the mixture sit for at least an hour or overnight before serving.
Jam
Add raspberries and frozen cherries to a blender and blend until it reaches a jam-like consistency.
Spread the jam on top of the chia seed pudding.
Top with additional coconut milk, fresh raspberries, and coconut flakes.
