Nutrient-Dense Vegan Salad with Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
- Lettuce of choice (e.g., butter lettuce)
- Organic plum tomatoes
- Dehydrated kale
- Seaweed
- Sliced lemon wedges
- Smoked paprika
- Cayenne pepper
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
Preparation
Mix the dressing by combining tahini, mustard, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
In a large salad bowl, add lettuce, plum tomatoes, dehydrated kale, and seaweed.
Sprinkle smoked paprika and cayenne pepper over the salad ingredients.
Toss everything together with the dressing or serve the dressing on the side.
