Pancake Cereal with Mangoes

Ingredients

  • flour- 1.5cups (your choice- i used wheat flour)
  • milk - 1.5-2cups
  • baking soda - 1/2tsp
  • baking powder -1 tsbp
  • powdered sugar - 2tbsp (or any other sweetener of your choice)
  • vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • butter - 1tbsp (for cooking )

Preparation

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together

  2. Add milk and whisk well, so there are no lumps

  3. Put the batter in a squeezy bottle or piping bag or use a tablespoon to make mini pancakes

  4. On a non stick pan, brush some butter or oil and put tiny dot sized pancakes

  5. Allow it to cook completely on one side, and flip all of them together

  6. Toss them in the pan until they're slightly golden on both sides

  7. Place in a bowl, add your favourite ingredients on top and serve✨?

  8. Eat simple, healthy and delicious
