Pumpkin Spice Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup cooked pumpkin chunks
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seed granola
- 3-5 pecans
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
Preparation
Cook oats with almond milk for 5 minutes in small pot
Add pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice seasoning, cooked pumpkin chunks and maple syrup
Cook another 2 minutes, serve and then add toppings
