Pumpkin Spice Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 cup cooked pumpkin chunks
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seed granola
  • 3-5 pecans
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

Preparation

  1. Cook oats with almond milk for 5 minutes in small pot

  2. Add pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice seasoning, cooked pumpkin chunks and maple syrup

  3. Cook another 2 minutes, serve and then add toppings
