Glowing Pumpkin Pie Oats
Ingredients
- 2 packets rightfood Chia Crunch or just over 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup ripplefoods plant milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or powder
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp moodbeli turmeric blend
- A dash of cinnamon
Toppings
- a drizzle of kitehillfoods almond yogurt
- sautéed spiced apples
- fd raspberries
- pecans
- salbachia chia seeds
Preparation
Combine all main ingredients in a pot or microwave-safe bowl and cook until the oats are soft and mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes on the stove or 2-3 minutes in the microwave.
While the oats are cooking, prepare the toppings: sauté the apples with a pinch of spices in a pan until tender.
Assemble by topping the cooked oat mixture with almond yogurt, sautéed apples, raspberries, pecans, and chia seeds, then serve immediately.
