Quick and Healthy Three-Minute Omelette
Ingredients
- 1 egg + 1 egg white
- spring onion
- 3 slices of halloumi cheese
- 2 cups spinach
- chia seeds to taste
Accompaniments
- half tomato
- 1/3 avocado
- oregano
- lemon
- dijon mustard
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the mixture.
Cook until done, either as an omelette or scrambled.
For the side, cut half a tomato and one-third of an avocado.
Sprinkle with oregano and lemon juice.
Optionally, add dijon mustard to taste.
This can also serve as a breakfast or brunch idea.
