Open Faced Grain Free Bagel Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 grain free onion bagel
  • 1/2 avocado
  • TJ’s everything but the bagel seasoning
  • spinach
  • feta
  • tomatoes
  • 1 egg
  • ghee

Preparation

  1. Sauté spinach

  2. Fry egg in ghee

  3. Top one half of the bagel with avocado and everything but the bagel seasoning

  4. Top the other half with sautéed spinach, feta, and tomatoes

  5. Place the fried egg on top of the assembled bagel
