Quick Pickled Red Chilies
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 red chilies
Preparation
Thinly slice the red chilies, keeping the seeds and all.
In a small bowl, add the apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, and salt. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
Add the sliced chilies to the bowl and stir to combine.
Allow the chilies to pickle for at least 30 minutes before using.
If not using immediately, store the pickled chilies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
