Sumac Pickled Onions
Ingredients
- 2 medium red onions, thinly sliced into half-moons
- 3 tsp sumac
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
Toss well to combine the ingredients.
Allow the mixture to soften and pickle for at least half an hour before serving.
