Sumac Pickled Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 medium red onions, thinly sliced into half-moons
  • 3 tsp sumac
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl.

  2. Toss well to combine the ingredients.

  3. Allow the mixture to soften and pickle for at least half an hour before serving.
