Simple Cashew Cream Dip and Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked
  • 2-3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Combine everything together in a blender on high-speed until smooth.

  2. Add more water if needed for a thinner consistency.

  3. If you don’t have any soaked cashews on hand, boil them for about 5 minutes until soft.

  4. Store refrigerated in an air tight container for up to a week.
