Simple Cashew Cream Dip and Spread
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews, soaked
- 2-3 tbsp water
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Combine everything together in a blender on high-speed until smooth.
Add more water if needed for a thinner consistency.
If you don’t have any soaked cashews on hand, boil them for about 5 minutes until soft.
Store refrigerated in an air tight container for up to a week.
