Smoky Cauliflower Tacos with Toppings
Ingredients
- one head of cauliflower
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- soft corn tortillas
Toppings
- tomato salsa
- avocado
- red cabbage
- coriander
- sweetcorn
- lime juice
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Put the spices, salt, and pepper into a large bowl and stir.
Add the cauliflower and mix to coat each piece in the spices.
Spread the cauliflower onto a large baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes until the edges start to brown.
Warm the tortillas in a dry frying pan.
Fill the tortillas with all the toppings.
