Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple
  • 2 tbsp of soaked Chia seeds
  • 1/2 thumb sized chunk of Ginger
  • A small handful of frozen Pineapple
  • 1/2 -1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 frozen Banana
  • Cover with Coconut water /nut milk or water

Preparation

  1. Banana benefits – slow release sugars, helps strengthen bones, soothes the stomach with antacid effect and protects against ulcers

  2. Helps stimulate cells that build the stomach lining

  3. Removes some harmful bacteria and is a good ease for heartburn
