Ingredients
- 1 Apple
- 2 tbsp of soaked Chia seeds
- 1/2 thumb sized chunk of Ginger
- A small handful of frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 -1 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 frozen Banana
- Cover with Coconut water /nut milk or water
