Spelt Sourdough Toast with Avocado and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Spelt sourdough
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 aubergine
  • Coconut oil
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Chilli
  • Tomato
  • Basil
  • Himalayan salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Toast the spelt sourdough and rub it with a clove of garlic.

  2. Gently grill 1/2 aubergine cut in circles in coconut oil.

  3. Place 1/2 avocado on the toast and sprinkle with some chilli.

  4. Add a piece of aubergine and sprinkle with Himalayan salt and black pepper.

  5. Top with a tomato slice, more aubergine, more tomato, and basil.

  6. The dish is ready in 5 minutes.
