Spiced Long Beans Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- Ghee
- Mustard seeds
- A pinch of asafoetida
- Chopped long beans
- Turmeric powder

- Amchur powder
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and asafoetida and cook until seeds splutter.
