Spiced Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy buckwheat cereal

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • apple wheels
  • chia pudding
  • peanut butter
  • goji berries
  • enjoylife chocolate

Preparation

  1. Combine the oats, buckwheat cereal, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, water, and almond milk in a bowl.

  2. Cook the mixture on the stovetop or in the microwave until thickened and creamy.

  3. Prepare the toppings by slicing apples for apple wheels and melting the chocolate if desired.

  4. Top the cooked oatmeal with apple wheels, chia pudding, peanut butter, goji berries, and drizzled melted chocolate.
