Spicy Orange Tofu Bowl

Ingredients

  • Tofu
  • Cooked rice
  • Mixed vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup tamari
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (plus more for drizzle)

Preparation

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients together.

  2. Marinate the tofu in the mixture for 30 minutes.

  3. Roast the marinated tofu at 400°F for 20 minutes.

  4. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a nonstick pan and add the roasted tofu.

  5. Add the remaining marinade to the pan and toss to combine.

  6. Prepare cooked rice and mixed vegetables as desired.

  7. Assemble the bowl by adding the tofu mixture to rice and vegetables, and add extra sriracha for more spice.
