Spinach and Green Peas Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thawed frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup thawed frozen green peas
  • 50g cashew nuts
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 or to taste red chilli (optional)
  • 200ml olive oil
  • 50g grana Padano cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a Thermomix bowl or food processor jar.

  2. Blend the mixture, adding the olive oil gradually.

  3. Store the pesto in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
