Spinach and Green Peas Pesto
Ingredients
- 1 cup thawed frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup thawed frozen green peas
- 50g cashew nuts
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 or to taste red chilli (optional)
- 200ml olive oil
- 50g grana Padano cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a Thermomix bowl or food processor jar.
Blend the mixture, adding the olive oil gradually.
Store the pesto in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
