Homemade Spinach Pesto with Cashews and Basil
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw spinach
- 2 handfuls cashew nuts
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 3 tbsp Parmesan
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Blitz all ingredients in a Nutribullet.
Tips
Can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
Add green chillies for extra spice and mix with pasta and roasted mushrooms.
