Chive Pesto with Spaghetti and Courgetti

Ingredients

  • Large handful cashew nuts
  • Large handful chives
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • Large chunk Parmesan (vegan alternative: nutritional yeast)
  • Drizzle of EVOO
  • Salt to taste
