Sugar-Free Hemp Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup organic hemp butter
- 1/2 cup organic peanut butter
- 1 egg or 2 chia or flax eggs
- 1/2 block (50g) unsweetened vegan dark chocolate
- stevia to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Optional additions
- 1 tbsp vegan protein powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 175 degrees and line with unbleached baking paper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth dough consistency
Roll into little balls and place on baking tray, softly pushing down with the end of a spoon
Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden
While cooling, melt chocolate either in microwave or in a glass bowl over hot water, then drizzle over the balls
