Sugar-Free Hemp Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic hemp butter
  • 1/2 cup organic peanut butter
  • 1 egg or 2 chia or flax eggs
  • 1/2 block (50g) unsweetened vegan dark chocolate
  • stevia to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Optional additions

  • 1 tbsp vegan protein powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees and line with unbleached baking paper

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth dough consistency

  3. Roll into little balls and place on baking tray, softly pushing down with the end of a spoon

  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden

  5. While cooling, melt chocolate either in microwave or in a glass bowl over hot water, then drizzle over the balls
