Sweet Potato Coconut Bread Healthy Snack
Ingredients
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1/2 roasted sweet potato
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup spelt flour
- 1 cup oat flour
- egg / chia egg
- cardamom
- cinnamon
- hazelnuts
Preparation
Roast sweet potato until tender.
Mash using a fork.
Add to a bowl with all of the ingredients and mix.
Pour into baking tin.
Bake for 45-60 minutes on 190C.
Let cool.
