Sweet Potato Coconut Bread Healthy Snack

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 roasted sweet potato
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup spelt flour
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • egg / chia egg
  • cardamom
  • cinnamon
  • hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Roast sweet potato until tender.

  2. Mash using a fork.

  3. Add to a bowl with all of the ingredients and mix.

  4. Pour into baking tin.

  5. Bake for 45-60 minutes on 190C.

  6. Let cool.
