Vegan Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegan butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp chia seeds, flax or hemp
  • Dash of water or coconut milk
  • 2 tsp rice malt syrup
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • Handful vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Lightly press a pretzel into a rolled cookie dough ball.

  2. Dip it in vegan chocolate.

  3. Freeze for at least 1 hour.

  4. Serve in coconut bowls.
