Vegan Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp chia seeds, flax or hemp
- Dash of water or coconut milk
- 2 tsp rice malt syrup
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 cup coconut flour
- Handful vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Lightly press a pretzel into a rolled cookie dough ball.
Dip it in vegan chocolate.
Freeze for at least 1 hour.
Serve in coconut bowls.
