Vegan Loaded Super Salad

Ingredients

  • baby field greens
  • baby spinach
  • broccoli, steamed
  • purple carrots, steamed
  • asparagus, sautéed
  • red beet & cabbage kraut, @wildbrine
  • cherry tomato variety, fresh picked from my garden
  • ramen, millet & brown rice @lotusfoods
  • tahini dressing

Preparation

  1. Steam the broccoli and purple carrots until tender.

  2. Sauté the asparagus in a pan until cooked.

  3. Wash and prepare the baby field greens, baby spinach, and cherry tomatoes.

  4. Assemble all ingredients in a large bowl.

  5. Drizzle with tahini dressing and mix well.
