Vegan Loaded Super Salad
Ingredients
- baby field greens
- baby spinach
- broccoli, steamed
- purple carrots, steamed
- asparagus, sautéed
- red beet & cabbage kraut, @wildbrine
- cherry tomato variety, fresh picked from my garden
- ramen, millet & brown rice @lotusfoods
- tahini dressing
Preparation
Steam the broccoli and purple carrots until tender.
Sauté the asparagus in a pan until cooked.
Wash and prepare the baby field greens, baby spinach, and cherry tomatoes.
Assemble all ingredients in a large bowl.
Drizzle with tahini dressing and mix well.
