1 handful arugula + 1 handful spring mix + 1/2 cup cooked quinoa + cucumbers + cherry tomatoes + avocado + raw sunflower seeds + 1 scoop of Trader Joe's Tabouli salad + drizzled balsamic glaze + fresh ground pepper! Also- I like to do 2 pieces of vegan + gluten-free bread (they make it in house) with it! Scoop a bite or 2 of this salad on your toast and add some hummus! Sooooo yummy ???❤
