Vegan Turmeric Pumpkin Porridge Bowl
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup or 60g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp vegan protein powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds or chia seeds
- 2 tbsp plant-based yogurt
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 mashed banana
- A pinch of turmeric
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer and put on a lid.
After a few minutes, stir the porridge and let it thicken for another 5 minutes.
When it reaches your preferred consistency, pour the oatmeal into a bowl and serve as desired.
