Veggie Dumplings and Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 Liter / 34 oz vegetable Stock
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger minced
  • 2 tbsp sesame or vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Handfull chopped mushrooms
  • 1 Stick scallion
  • Ramen noodles

Preparation

  1. Sauté garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and vegetable stock.

  3. Put on a lid and bring it to a simmer.

  4. Cook ramen noodles until done.

  5. Add mushrooms, scallion, ramen, and veggie dumplings.

  6. Enjoy!
