Veggie Dumplings and Ramen
Ingredients
- 1 Liter / 34 oz vegetable Stock
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger minced
- 2 tbsp sesame or vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Handfull chopped mushrooms
- 1 Stick scallion
- Ramen noodles
Preparation
Sauté garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and vegetable stock.
Put on a lid and bring it to a simmer.
Cook ramen noodles until done.
Add mushrooms, scallion, ramen, and veggie dumplings.
