Veggie Noodles with Peanut Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 300g noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/3 cup white sesame seeds
  • fresh oregano
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Huy Fong Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Pour a tablespoon of olive oil into a wok and heat over medium heat. While the oil is warming, chop the onion, red pepper, green pepper, and yellow pepper.

  2. Once the oil is hot, add the onion and cook for 5 minutes until soft.

  3. Add the chopped peppers and sauté until golden and soft.

  4. Cook the noodles according to package instructions in a pot over high heat.

  5. In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Sriracha chili sauce, and 1 tablespoon peanut butter to make the sauce.

  6. Mix the sauce until smooth.

  7. Once noodles and sauce are ready, add noodles to the wok with vegetables, pour in the sauce, stir, and cook for 5 minutes over high heat.

  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh oregano to finish.
