Veggie Tofu Nori Wraps

- Nori sheets
- Tofu
- Coconut aminos
- Avocado
- Shredded carrots
- Peppers
- Lettuce
- Cucumbers
- Tomatoes
- Red onion
- EBTB seasoning
- Liquid aminos
- Hot sauce
Dip
- Liquid aminos
- Coconut aminos
- Hot sauce
- EBTB seasoning
Preparation
Press and marinate the tofu in coconut aminos.
Air fry the tofu for 20 minutes.
Mix the dip by combining liquid aminos, coconut aminos, hot sauce, and EBTB seasoning.
Assemble the nori wraps by stuffing with avocado, shredded carrots, peppers, lettuce, cucumbers, tofu, tomatoes, red onion, and EBTB seasoning, then roll them up.
Tips
Avoid overstuffing the wraps to make rolling easier.
