Very Easy Health Bread
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups wholewheat flour
- 2 1/2 cups brown bread flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 litre lukewarm water
Topping
- Mixed seeds for topping
Preparation
Line two loaf tins with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, sift together the flour and mix in the oats, sugar, seeds, salt, and yeast. Slowly add the water to form a sloppy dough.
Cover with a damp tea towel and let the mixture double in size, about 1 hour.
Divide the dough between the two loaf tins and let it rise again for about 50 minutes.
Sprinkle mixed seeds on top of the loaf.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 45 minutes.
