Chicken in Homemade Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 can pineapple
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- a bit of rice vinegar
- a bit of soy sauce
- a bit of sugar
- 200 ml water
- 2 handfuls Chinese mix
- a bit of cornstarch
- chicken breast
Preparation
In a pot, on a bit of olive oil, sauté pineapple and Chinese mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients and add water.
Season everything to sweetness and spiciness.
Thicken with a bit of cornstarch mixed in a bit of water.
Cut chicken breast into cubes, salt it, coat in cornstarch, and then fry in oil.
