Chicken in Homemade Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • a bit of rice vinegar
  • a bit of soy sauce
  • a bit of sugar
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 handfuls Chinese mix
  • a bit of cornstarch
  • chicken breast

Preparation

  1. In a pot, on a bit of olive oil, sauté pineapple and Chinese mix.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and add water.

  3. Season everything to sweetness and spiciness.

  4. Thicken with a bit of cornstarch mixed in a bit of water.

  5. Cut chicken breast into cubes, salt it, coat in cornstarch, and then fry in oil.
