Butter Paneer Pastry Parcels
Ingredients
- Butter paneer (can substitute with tofu or chicken)
- 500g puff pastry block
- Milk or egg for brushing
- Nigella seeds
Preparation
Roll the pastry and cut into 8 equal rectangles.
Place the butter paneer on half of each rectangle.
Fold the pastry over the filling.
Seal the edges with a fork.
Brush with egg wash or milk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
Enjoy.
Tips
Can use any curry leftovers instead of butter paneer.
Serve with a side salad for lunch.
