Butter Paneer Pastry Parcels

Ingredients

  • Butter paneer (can substitute with tofu or chicken)
  • 500g puff pastry block
  • Milk or egg for brushing
  • Nigella seeds

Preparation

  1. Roll the pastry and cut into 8 equal rectangles.

  2. Place the butter paneer on half of each rectangle.

  3. Fold the pastry over the filling.

  4. Seal the edges with a fork.

  5. Brush with egg wash or milk.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

  7. Enjoy.

Tips

  1. Can use any curry leftovers instead of butter paneer.

  2. Serve with a side salad for lunch.
